Does my foreman need to install anything?
No. Your foreman keeps using whatever messaging app he prefers — WhatsApp, SMS, or Telegram. He sends photos and expenses to a dedicated Asta number or username for your project. Asta extracts the data and builds your ledger. Zero learning curve for the person on site.
How does GPS verification actually work?
When a photo includes usable location evidence, Asta checks it against the land boundary saved during onboarding. Evidence outside the project area, missing location data or weak accuracy is clearly flagged for review rather than presented as verified.
What if my foreman fakes a photo or expense?
Photos require live EXIF GPS (no stock images, no day-old uploads, no edits). Expenses must reference a real WhatsApp message in your project's chat. Mismatches and outliers (e.g. cement priced 30% above the regional average) are flagged for your review before the milestone clears.
Does Asta send money to my foreman?
No. Asta is not in the money flow. You pay your team the way you always have — MoMo, bank transfer, family hand-off, cash. Asta only tracks the budget against the plan. Every expense your foreman logs in chat is matched to your project ledger so you can see exactly where the cedis went, stage by stage.
Can multiple people see one project?
Yes. You can invite an architect, a co-investor, a family overseer, or a lawyer to view or co-approve a project. Each role gets the right amount of access — overseers can attest to a visit but can't release funds; co-investors can review the ledger but can't change the budget; the owner is always the only one who can mint to marketplace at handover.
What happens at handover?
Stage 9. The finished property is automatically eligible to mint to the Asta marketplace — pre-verified, with a complete photo history and line-item budget. One tap and it's listed for rent, sale, or short-let. Properties born verified on Asta sell faster and rent at premium.
Where in Ghana does Asta Build work?
